If we don’t want to continuously bless God and bring Him gifts, perhaps it is because we don’t fully comprehend what He has done for us. We probably haven’t fully realized what our Kingdom citizenship means in our lives. When we really get this, like the woman in Matthew 26:7, we’ll look around for our “alabaster box of precious ointment” and bring it to Jesus. In an act of adoration we will pour out our gifts on His children because He said, “If you love me, feed my sheep.” As God cares for you throughout this time of unemployment, as He sustains you and directs your steps, be aware of the gifts you have to offer and look for ways to bless Him back by loving others.

DECLARE THIS:
• I have the gift of love and the authority of Jesus. I will bless others wherever I go.
• By faith I bring a sacrifice of praise to God in this challenging time and I seek to bless Him with my gifts.
• I freely give to God and worship Him by loving His children.

“A Kingdom response is only given to a Kingdom request.”  Wow, Barb, I had to stop after I read that line and think about it…and squirm about it…and realized to my dismay how I have missed the boat in my prayer life!  How many hours have I spent in prayer that was most certainly manipulated by my flesh and not aligned with the Kingdom?  Too many.
